By accessing our website or receiving communications through our RevGen SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Hype Media Group

Hype Media Group is a digital marketing agency headquartered in Westminster, California. We provide marketing services to automotive dealerships, including our RevGen SMS review generation platform, which sends automated text messages to dealership customers on behalf of our clients.

2. RevGen SMS Program

The RevGen SMS program is an automated text messaging service operated by Hype Media Group on behalf of participating dealerships. The program is designed to collect customer feedback and facilitate online review generation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FTC guidelines.

Enrollment & Consent

Participation in the RevGen SMS program requires prior express written consent provided directly to the dealership at the point of service. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on the dealership’s intake form, sales agreement, or service repair order (RO), you agree to receive automated text messages from or on behalf of that dealership through the RevGen platform.

Message Frequency

You will receive no more than 2 text messages per service or sales visit — an initial opt-in confirmation message and, only if you confirm, a survey link message.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Hype Media Group and participating dealerships are not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of the RevGen SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START.

3. Website Use

By accessing hypemediagroup.com, you agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the website.
